BENJAMIN Ciocca started his boutique real estate agency in 2009 after identifying a gap in the Perth Hills market.
Since then the business has won a string of awards at a time when the property market was experiencing a downturn, helping to cement the young agency within the local community.
With a range of experience in sales and marketing roles in various sectors, Mr Ciocca was able to develop the ‘Provincial Promise’ as the agency’s point of difference to its competitors.
The promise outlines everything the agency will do for the client, ensuring the highest of standards are met and maintained.
Mr Ciocca plans to expand into property management within the next few years, and possibly branch out as a franchise, while maintaining the agency’s dominant market share in the hills.
