Culture and the Arts Minister John Day said the Western Australian company had signed a five-year contract, starting from January 1 next year.
“Beaumonde Catering will provide hospitality services at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia, His Majesty’s Theatre and the Subiaco Arts Centre,” Mr Day said.
“This is an exciting time for the Perth Theatre Trust as it moves to a new management model.
“Complementing this, Beaumonde, a highly experienced local catering business, will revitalise the bars and cafes at the venues, ensuring they provide quality options for Perth theatre goers.”
Mr Day said the tenderer would provide a contemporary theatre bar and function service.
Beaumonde Catering is ranked 13th on Business News' BNiQ list of caterers.
It employs 149 staff in the state.
Trading in WA for 25 years, Beaumonde Catering specialises in a range of services including corporate catering, product launches, weddings and private functions.
Beaumonde Catering is currently the caterer for Cottesloe Civic Centre and Houghton Winery and has catered at many different venues across Perth including Government House Ballroom, Art Gallery of WA and Perth Mint.
In October, the State Government announced it was seeking food and beverage operators for Perth’s three flagship arts centres, with the tender process providing an opportunity to revitalise the bars and cafes and provide catering as part of the overall theatre experience.
AEG Ogden's Perth division was the previous caterer at the three venues.
