Leederville-based uranium development company Bannerman Resources has today confirmed that the majority of its Opes Prime related holding has been sold.

Bannerman Resources Ltd understands that ANZ Nominees Limited (ANZ) have now disposed of a substantial block of shares related to the collapse of the Opes Prime Group Limited.
The Company is of the belief that of a total of approximately 13.96 million ordinary shares, or about 9.6% of the ordinary shares in the Company, approximately 12.3 million shares have been sold.
A US based resources fund, Resource Capital Funds, (RCF) who have an office in Perth, has notified the Company that they purchased a line of 6,600,000 of the shares in a single crossing.
The Company has not been notified as to who the purchasers of any of the remaining shares in the block are.
Director, Clive Jones commented, "The company is pleased with the support from the market and in particular we welcome RCF to the registry of the company."
