Pemberton-based Wine and Truffle Company has re-branded its wines to Truffle Hill Wines.
"We are still trading our truffles under the wine and Truffle Co name, but we wanted to create an individual stand-alone brand for our wines," Wine and Truffle Company managing director Wally Edward told Gusto.
The premium range is made up of blends and straight varietals, and includes sauvignon blanc semillon, medium bodied shiraz cabernet merlot, and a rose. Wines under the Truffle Hill brand are to be released in early October, can be ordered online and will be available in liquor stores soon after.

Floreat-based gourmet food store, Barker & Hale, has reopened after extensive renovations that have doubled its floor space.
The new space, the renovations for which took two years in the planning, now lends itself to a wide variety of functions, including cooking demonstrations, which will be launched in the next few weeks.
Owners Tracy Barker and Martin Hale took the opportunity to source some new products from a range of boutique suppliers while at a recent gift industry trade fair in Melbourne.
Barker & Hale also has a store in Cottesloe.
