Austal board changes

Jim McDowell will join Austal’s board as a non-executive director in December, following non-executive director Dario Amara’s decision not to stand for re-election at the company’s annual meeting in October.

Mr McDowell was previously CEO at BAE Systems Australia, and held the same position at the company’s Saudi Arabia operations.
