Assetowl shares soar 225% on The Agency deal

Shares in the Simon Trevisan-chaired startup, Assetowl, more than doubled today, after it signed a trial agreement with The Agency Group Australia for its property management software.

The Agency will trial the fellow locally based company’s inspector360 software for one month, commencing in the middle of this year.

The platform incorporates 360-degree imagery, video, voice-to-text and hotspot mapping of floor plans to document property condition reports.

In a statement, Assetowl said inspector360 significantly boosted the efficiency of the inspection process.

Inspector360 builds on Assetowl’s existing software, Inspector Asset, which uses virtual reality technology to create an internal view of a property.

Mr Trevisan said the company was excited to collaborate with The Agency.

“The Agency is rapidly achieving market leadership with its experienced east and west coast marketing team and a significant property management portfolio,” he said.

Shares in Assetowl were last traded hands today at 12.30pmAEDT at 2.6 cents each.
