Anatolia Energy has completed a $6.2 million capital raising and commenced development works at its Temrezli uranium project in Turkey.
Anatolia said today that it had signed agreements with a number of firms for a program of works that includes an environmental impact assessment, hydrological and metallurgical studies and a pre-feasibility study.
West Perth-based consultancy CSA Global has been appointed to undertake a mineral resource estimate for the project.
The remainder of the work will be carried out by firms based in the US and Turkey.
"The scope of each engagement will ensure a detailed pre-feasibility study, to be delivered in Q3 2014, will be sufficient for management and the board to make a development decision, and build the Temrezli ISR project with confidence," Anatolia managing director Jim Graham said.
"The firms that Anatolia have appointed are the best in class, and we look forward to working with them over the next nine to 12 months."
