ACCC allows WA newsagents to collectively bargain

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has allowed a collective bargaining notification* lodged by the Australian Newsagents' Federation on behalf of some of its Western Australian members to stand, ACCC chairman Graeme Samuel said today.
