Erben currently has three developments underway. Construction of Florin Parkside in Jolimont is well underway, with the building comprising 63 large residences with sweeping city and park views and conveniently located within the Western Suburbs of Perth.
The second tower at Cirque has also just commenced construction. The introduction of Cirque Duet will result in a unique shape and orientation that will provide every
resident in both towers with sweeping panoramas of the Swan and Canning Rivers.
And Windfall is due to commence construction soon, seeing the introduction of a mixed-use development featuring 61 residential apartments along the Port Coogee Marina Village commercial strip, providing the sought-after coastal lifestyle synonymous with Perth.
