Zlatko Todorcevski has been a company director of Adelaide Brighton since March 2017, including as chair from May 2018 to May 2019 and deputy chair after that. He departs the company in June 2020 following his appointment as chief executive and managing director of Boral in July 2020. His executive career included being chief financial officer of Brambles and Oil Search. From 1986 to 2009, he held various senior roles at BHP including as chief financial officer of energy based in London and Houston.
Mr Todorcevski became an appointee to the board of The Star Entertainment Group in October 2017, and served as a board observer until his formal appointment as a director in May 2018. He is also a council member of the University of Wollongong, president of the Group of 100, and chair of ASIC Accounting and Audit Standing Committee.
