Zhihua Dong

Dong Zhihua was born in Jilin in July 1969. She has a Bachelor of English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Master of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne. Madam Dong was appointed Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Perth in 2019, following four years as deputy director-general at the Department of Arms Control.
