ZhaoMing Lu is a senior engineer with 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He spent 6 years working in Australia as managing director of Baosteel's subsidiary, responsible for resources investment in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, where he led the Baosteel team and launched several important overseas projects. Since 2010, Mr Lu has been vice president of Baosteel Resources Co which has dual headquarters in Hong Kong and Shanghai, and is responsible for all Baosteel's resource investments globally.
