Zhang Gaown

Mr Zhang joined HQC in 2007 as the Financial Controller of HQSM Engineering Pte Ltd (Singapore) which is a subsidiary of HQC.His previous experience includes Finance Supervisor of Beijing Ershang Group, Auditor of Shaanxi Kodo and Finance Manager of Shaanxi Yongli Construction Co.
