Yusuf Ahmed began his IT career in 1996 building websites and networks for local businesses.

Upon completion of his degree in Information Systems in 2001, he joined the IT department of Hyatt hotels in Melbourne, marking the beginning of his career in the travel and tourism industry. After a short stint working for Staples in Canada, Mr Ahmed joined The AOT Group in October 2005 and worked his way up from the helpdesk to a systems manager in 2010.

Mr Ahmed joined Helloworld in March 2016 as group general manager of IT Services & Property. He is responsible for all IT services and technology infrastructure throughout Helloworld's offices worldwide.
