Yu Liang Wu has more than 28 years of professional experience in advising a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial issues, ranging from the establishment of joint ventures and other investment vehicles to corporate and debt restructuring. He advises local and foreign clients on suitable investment structures and is well versed in the mechanics, regulatory and practical aspects of the securities industry.
