Ying Chun Liu is the chief executive and executive director of Oriental University City Holdings (HK), a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. He is also a director of Langfang Education Consultancy.
Mr Liu was previously chair of Langfang Huaxi Construction Consultancy Company, vice head in the Langfang Audit Office and head of construction centre department.
Mr Liu holds a Diploma in Business Economics from the Renmin University of China and is a registered engineer in the People's Republic of China, a valuer with the China Appraisal Society, and a qualified auditor accredited by the National Audit Office in China.
