Yi-Ching Chen holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, USA. Ms Chen is a resident of Taiwan, and has international business and management experience. She is the vice president of Yangtze River International Chamber of Commerce, and a permanent member of the Council for Industrial and Commercial Development.
