Wyatt Buck has extensive senior operational and project execution experience including roles with leading uranium mining operations.
His uranium experience began with Cameco Corporation, where he spent 15 years, culminating as general manager of the McArthur River Uranium Mine and Key Lake Mill, the largest uranium mining operation in the world. He then held senior operational roles with Paladin Energ including as general manager and managing director of the Langer Heinrich Uranium Project in Namibia and as executive general manager of operations for its Langer Heinrich and Kayelekera uranium projects. Mr Buck was also operations director of First Quantum Minerals where he oversaw mining operations in Finland, Spain, Turkey, Australia and Mauritania. He has been involved in the production of various commodities including gold, copper, nickel, zinc and PGMs, and the restart of WA's Ravensthorpe nickel laterite mine in 2020.
