Winnie Chen

Winnie Chen is the owner of Cabot Square accounting franchise in the Sydney CBD since 2004 and is particularly active in Sydney's Chinese business community. She has been working with the Institute of Bilingual Business Training since 2004 in the delivery of a range of vocational training modules (including accounting, bookkeeping, law and taxation) to hundreds of Chinese ESL small business owner clients. Ms Chen was an associate and adviser to several large manufacturing businesses in Australia and Hong Kong. She was awarded a Bachelor of Business in 1995 and an MBA in International Management in 1997. Ms Chen is also a licensed financial planner and Justice of the Peace in NSW.
