William LeClair

William LeClair is a chartered accountant. He was appointed to the board of Azumah Resources in May 2012 at the time of the Company’s dual listing on the Toronto Securities Exchange (since relinquished). He was also a board member of several Canadian listed companies. In a former role as president of Crew Gold Corporation (TSX), Mr LeClair was responsible for licences in Ghana
which have now become the Wa East Project, within Azumah’s flagship Wa Gold Project. It was through his pragmatic commercial approach that Azumah was able to acquire this area which has now
grown into a sizeable Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve. Mr LeClair passed away in October 2017.
