Wes Austerberry

Wes is a Director and Principal Consultant for ImpRes specialising in rapid productivity improvement for industries such as mining, utilities and health. He studied Chemical Engineering at The University of Melbourne before starting with Rio Tinto where he spent time in technology & innovation at Tom Price and Marandoo. He was an early team member of Rio Tinto’s Remote Operation Centre in Perth. More recently, Wes has completed numerous projects for ImpRes’ clients including BHPB, FMG, Rio Tinto, WaterCorp and Brownes. Wes is also an active Board Member for melanomaWA, a Western Australian-based NFP focused on reducing the impact of Melanoma on the WA community.
