Wendy Gillan

Wendy Gillan graduated from The University of Western Australia in 1986 and was admitted into practice the following year. She is a highly respected legal practitioner who has appeared as counsel primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts in the areas of corporate and trade practices law and regulation, contract and commercial law, equity, probate and inheritance. Ms Gillan held a range of decision-making roles as a Commissioner of the District Court and deputy chair of various tribunals, including the Building Disputes Tribunal.
