Wayne Zekulich is an investment banker with wide experience in the corporate sector.
In 2014, he returned as head of Deutsche Bank’s Perth office, 12 years after leaving that position. In between, Mr Zekulich has been involved in Mid West iron ore development, initially as chief financial officer of Oakajee Port & Rail and then as chief financial officer of Gindalbie Metals. Prior to that, he had been head of the Perth investment banking operations of Rothschild from 2002 to 2006, and executive vice president of Commonwealth Bank until 2011.
Mr Zekulich has extensive board experience at listed companies (including Swan Gold Mining), private companies (Jaxon Construction) and not-for-profits (Celebrate WA).
