Wayne Millen

Wayne Millen is a venture capitalist with over 30 years experience in establishing his own start-up enterprises in the life sciences and technical services sectors. Dr Millen has been chairman and CEO of several private and ASX listed organisations and has brought to these companies a strong ability to operate at the interface of technology and commerce. Notable examples are the Pilbara laboratories Group, AMMTEC, Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals, Elk OrthoBiologics, and Biotech Equity Partners. He has a PhD in chemistry and biochemistry from the University of Western Australia and as a Fulbright scholar studied in the Molecular Biology Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with Nobel Prize Laureate Professor Paul Boyer.
