Wayne Johnson was a founding director of The Cube Finance Group, a licensed diversified stockbroking and corporate advisory business, now ASX participant and listed as MDS Financial Group where he is a director.
Mr Johnson has a wealth of experience in merger and acquisitions, corporate advisory, public listings and general business development. He is a highly experienced corporate advisor, investor and non-executive director of public and private companies, with extensive knowledge particularly in financial services, telecommunications, media, technology and resources related entities.
Mr Johnson's 30 years of business and financial transaction experience were gained in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America.
