Wayne Bramwell is a metallurgist and mineral economist with over 30 years of experience in Australian and international operations, engineering, project evaluation and management across the base metals, precious metals
and bulk commodity sectors.
He has held senior commercial, project management and development positions with Iberian Resources, Breakaway Resources, Harmony Gold (Australia), Hill 50 and several Australian engineering companies.
Mr Bramwell is a co-founder of Kasbah Resources and took the company from IPO through all stages of evaluation of the Achmmach Tin Project in Morocco and began the process of project financing. During his tenure, he raised extensive funds from the capital markets, off-take partners and international trading houses including negotiating two project level strategic joint ventures with Japan’s Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Nittetsu Mining Co.
Mr Bramwell holds a Bachelor of Science (Mineral Science - Extractive Metallurgy), Graduate Diploma of Business, Master of Science (Mineral Economics), and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is chair of the Bentley Branch of the WA School of Mines Alumni (WASMA).
