Wayne Bradshaw originally developed the business plan for The Fathering Project as a business consultant and has subsequently stayed on as its chief executive. Prior to this, he was chief executive at the West Australian Football Commission for 10 years and was responsible for the oversight of football in WA including the ownership of the West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers, management of Patersons Stadium, and the conduct of the WAFL and community football throughout the state. Mr Bradshaw is the founder, past chairman and rider for the Hawaiian Ride for Youth which raises funds for Youth Focus.
