Walter Guidice has over 25 years of experience in international business, executive management, finance, venture capital, investment & financial analysis, and asset management. He served as founder, chair, chief executive, director and/or president of several businesses across multiple industries including banking, finance, minerals & mining, industrials, healthcare, and professional services. Mr Giudice also has broad experience in startups, fundraising, team-building, marketing, negotiating strategic partnerships, managing rapid growth companies, as well as facilitating successful mergers, acquisitions and public listings. Mr Giudice was a principal shareholder, chief executive and chair of Majestic Diamonds and Metals Inc, a US mineral exploration company he co-founded in April 2004.
