Wal Muir

Wal Muir has more than 30 years of experience in the petroleum exploration and production industry, both within Australia and overseas. Wal is a member of the Australian Society of Exploration Geophysicists, Queensland Petroleum Exploration and is a Distinguished Member of the Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia (PESA). He has filled all the executive positions at PESA Queensland, and was Federal President of PESA from 1997 until 1999. Mr Muir is an Adjunct Professor in Biogeosciences at the Queensland University of Technology.
