Von Lam has over 19 years of experience in technology venture capital and private equity, corporate development, special situations and public market investing.
Mr Lam is the founder & managing partner of China-centric technology investment firm Falcon Partners, which partners with management teams building enduring, category defining businesses by providing patient, long-term capital. Mr Lam leads early to late-stage investments in global software, as well as financial and consumer technology companies with China connection.
Mr Lam had previously managed technology private equity and public market investments at investment firm Clearlake Capital, was a private equity investor with Warburg Pincus and a member of Microsoft's corporate development group, which worked directly with executive management on US and China investments and acquisitions.
