Vinnie D’Alessandro has over 20 years of technology experience spanning operational, architectural, strategic and managerial roles across multiple industries including financial services, aged care, energy, gaming, retail, tourism, construction and not-for-profit.
Prior to becoming chief technology officer and later as chief product officer of Change Financial, Mr D'Alessandro was the head of technology at Silver Chef where his team delivered a world leading automated credit decision platform together with a technology rejuvenation program.
Mr D'Alessandro is a co-founder of several technology startups including Gifting Owl (Tourism) and Umbrella Solutions (Aged Care). His transformational efforts in the digital space were recognised when he was named one of Australia’s top digital chiefs in the CIO50 awards in 2017 and 2018.
