Dato' Victor Hoo is a board member, venture capitalist, investor, corporate advisor, and a senior management executive with over 20 years of experience working across continents (Asia, Australia, Europe, UK, and US) and managing portfolios across diverse industries such as information technology, finance, education and real estate. He has also held advisory roles in real estate, human capital management, hospitality, education, cleantech, fintech, and robotics companies.
As the executive chair of VCI Global, Dato’ Hoo has been actively involved in a myriad of capital market and technology-improvement-related deals.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese, a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws (Commercial and Corporate Law), and a Certificate in Laws (Banking and Finance Law).
