Victor Herrero became the chief executive and director of Lovisa in December 2021.

He had previously spent 13 years with the Inditex Group and held numerous roles including as head of Asia Pacific and managing director for Greater China. He also spent four years as chief executive of global retail brand Guess where he was based in California. Mr Herrero was chair and chief executive of international shoe manufacturer and retailer Clarks, and a director of NASDAQ-listed G-III Apparel Group and Frankfurt Stock Exchange-listed Global Fashion Group.
