Vicki Carter

Vicki Carter is the executive director of strategy and business services at Telstra. She is an experienced executive with over 30 years spent primarily in financial services and, more recently, in technology. This included executive responsibility for the retail branch network at NAB and its support functions including sales development, human resources, capital management and productivity, customer complaints and change management. Ms Carter also held senior management roles in financial planning for Business and Agri Banking, and sales and distribution for MLC, ING and Prudential Assurance.
