Trevor O'Connor is a chartered accountant and chartered company secretary with over 25 years of corporate experience. He has over 15 years of experience in the resources and mining services industry, including 7 years in companies with overseas mining operations. Mr O’Connor has experience in the financial and administration management of African operations, having served as chief financial officer and company secretary of African-focused Kasbah Resources for over 6 years, where he was involved in the negotiation and management of joint ventures, feasibility studies and capital raisings. Prior to joining Kasbah Resources in May 2011, Mr O'Connor was chief financial officer and company secretary for ipernica, a position which he held since October 2004.
