Tracy Mellor has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across a number of different sectors including pharma, technology and retail.
Ms Mellor was the global people and culture director for GreenLight Clinical, an Australian global clinical research organisation. Prior to that, she was the managing director and global people director for Reward Gateway, a company focusing in employee engagement, and executive general manager of people and development at Rebel Group.
