Dr Tracey Batten has extensive experience in the health services sector.
She was chief executive of the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in the UK where she focused on change leadership, primarily on improving staff retention and engagement, and oversaw the implementation of a range of digital initiatives. Dr Batten was also chief executive of St Vincent's Health Australia, Eastern Health and Dental Health Services Victoria.
As an experienced clinician and clinical lead, she has worked at several hospitals including St Vincent’s in Victoria and Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in the UK.
Dr Batten was a trustee of the Point of Care Foundation UK, non-executive director of Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital and the Burnet Institute, and director of Imperial College Health Partners. She also served on the stewardship board of Catholic Health Australia and was chair of HealthSmart and Ministerial Neonatal Services.
