Clear policy key to consistent giving by companies
A high-powered panel puts the case for companies to give more consistently to charity, ensuring there is a bigger pie.
Tonya McCusker AM danced in Monte Carlo and was with the Australian Ballet Company from 1982 to 1989.
She graduated from UWA Law School in 1994 and attained a Graduate Diploma in Management from Henley Management College (UK).
Following 5 years in Hong Kong, she accepted positions as business development manager for the Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation and Fremantle Chamber of Commerce.
Mrs McCusker is a Trustee and Administrator of the McCusker Charitable Foundation which supports more than 100 not-for-profits each year and has distributed more than $30,000,000 to charity. She was the founder and chair of Kids Who Give, is an advisory board member of the McCusker Centre for Action on Alcohol and Youth, board member of Giving West and Celebrate WA, director of Minderoo Foundation, and is a Patron of more than 50 organisations.
