Tony Smith is the founder, chief operating officer and director of grain accumulation and trading business Plum Grove. He is also a director of Plum Grove’s NSW subsidiary Agrigrain. Tony has been based in agriculture his entire life, growing up on a farm in Goomalling. Before establishing Plum Grove, Tony held senior trading roles at the AWB. His last role was as the AWB’s Derivatives manager based in the United States.
