Tony Peng Ho is an experienced director in a wide range of industries. He is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Mr Ho was executive director of Arthur Yates & Co, retiring from that position in April 2002. His corporate and governance experience include being chief financial officer/finance director of MS McLeod Holdings, Galore Group, the Edward H O'Brien group of companies, and Volante Group. Mr Ho was also a partner of Cox Johnston & Co Chartered Accountants, which has since merged with Ernst & Young.
Mr Ho was non-executive chair of St George Community Housing (November 2002 to December 2009), non-executive chair of ASX-listed Greenland Minerals and Bioxyne, non-executive director of ASX-listed Hastings Technology Metals, and non-executive director of then ASX-listed Brazin from September 1997 to January 2007 when it was privatised. Brazin was a successful national retailing group.
