Tony Goudas has been a director of asset sales at ACTON Commercial from August 2014 to July 2020 when it was rebranded to be independent as AGORA Property Group. Prior to that, he was an owner and director of Ray White Commercial for 19 years until 2009 when the company was sold. He continued his association with the purchaser of his business for over 5 years as an associate director.
Mr Goudas is a licensed real estate valuer with over 35 years of experience in the Perth commercial property market. He commenced his career in 1980 as a trainee with the Valuers General Office before entering the real estate industry as a commercial sales consultant. Mr Goudas has been actively involved in the sale and leasing of a wide range of commercial properties including retail, commercial and industrial across the metropolitan area. He is regularly engaged by major banking institutions and insolvency practitioners to represent them in all facets of commercial real estate.
