Tom J Matthews

Mr Matthews has over 17 years of experience in private equity, principal investment, investment banking and middle market advisory and valuations in both Australia and the UK. A partner at private equity manager Pemba, he has led a number of transactions across Pemba's areas of focus since 2015, including investments into HR3, JobReady, Marque Group, Open Office and ONCALL. He has held senior roles prior to joining Pemba, including at private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners in the UK, the Investment Banking Group of Macquarie Bank, and Deloitte Corporate Finance in both Sydney and London. Currently he is a director of Marque Group, Open Office, ONCALL.
