Tom Davidson

Tom Davidson has extensive experience in strategy, innovation and commercial management.

Mr Davidson became director of the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub at The Grower Group Alliance in August 2021. The Hub, led by the Grower Group Alliance, provides networks for researchers, farmers, communities, First Nations people and other stakeholders to work together to enhance drought resilient practices.It is one of eight Hubs established around the country through the Australian Government’s $5 billion Future Drought Fund.

Prior to that, Mr Davidson was head of strategy & digital at Elders, an ASX200-listed agribusiness. He also held roles at PwC, Strategy& and iiNet; and ran his own management consulting business.
