Tom Bogan has extensive experience in numerous US-based B2B SaaS businesses as a chief executive, chair and investor.
Mr Bogan is the vice chair of Workday, a provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources, which he joined in 2018 following acquisition of Adaptive Insights where he served as chief executive. Prior to that, he was a board member of several public and private software companies including chair of Nazdaq-listed Citrix Systems, chair of Nasdaq-listed Apptio until its approximate acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2019.
Mr Bogan had also spent more than five years as a partner at venture capital fund Greylock Partners where he focused on enterprise software investments, was president & chief operating officer of Rational Software until it was acquired by IBM for in 2003, and chief executive of Avatar Technologies and Pacific Data.
