Tom Birch has over 19 years of experience in corporate advisory, restructuring & turnaround, and financial due diligence. He has been involved in a number of complex restructuring and recovery matters, several of which have been based in the energy & resources, agricultural and construction sectors.
Mr Birch has also been involved in several international restructurings in Singapore, Kazakhstan and Indonesia.
His experience ranges from implementing and managing turnaround strategies, completing independent business reviews on behalf of banks and investors, investigating claims on behalf of creditors and stakeholders, and recapitalising ASX-listed entities.
Mr Birch is a Registered Liquidator, a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Banking.
