Todd Barlow has been chief executive, managing director and executive director at Washington H Soul Pattinson and Company since 2015 having joined the WHSP Group for more than a decade. Mr Barlow was managing director of Pitt Capital Partners. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and advised clients on a variety of transactions across a range of industries including a number of transactions and assignments in the energy and resources sector, particularly in coal. Prior to his career in investment banking, he was a solicitor at a large corporate law firm. Mr Barlow holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
