Bettina Ugle is a proud Noongar Yorga with Ballardong, Yued and Whadjuk connections. She has over 30 years of experience working in Indigenous affairs within the public, private and not-for-profit services.
Ms Ugle advocates for indigenous self-determination in the housing and broader social sectors, and for amplifying the voices of Indigenous Australians.
She is the managing director of Noongar Mia Mia, an Aboriginal-led community housing provider for Indigenous people and their families within the Perth metro area.
