Tina Smitherman provides academic leadership, mentoring and coaching to lecturers on the implementation of training curriculum, delivery and assessment procedures to support and add value to the student experience. She has been a facilitator and training advisor for over 6 years in the vocational education sector, and had delivered accredited and non-accredited training sessions in the workplace for organisations including local government and small-to-medium enterprises in business management, change management, marketing communication, leadership, team building and frontline management.
