Timothy Colcutt

Timothy Colcutt graduated from University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. Admitted to practice in Western Australia in 2010, Mr Colcutt has extensive litigation experience in a wide range of areas including corporate disputes, insolvency, negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office, construction, estate litigation, and debt recovery. He has advised and represented directors and shareholders of private and public companies, high networth individuals and business owners, aboriginal corporations, local government and government ministers.
