Noel McAuliffe has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Birimian. He replaces Nick Longmire who has served in those roles on a part-time basis since November 2017.

Tim Wither is a senior mining executive with over 17 years of experience in the resource industry, both domestically and internationally, with key involvement in the development of several greenfield-base metal projects. Mr Wither held various senior executive and strategic leadership roles in Australia, India, Africa and South America, with public listed companies on both the ASX and TSX. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from Curtin Graduate School of Business, a Graduate Diploma of Mining as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mine Engineering and Surveying from the WA School of Mines. He is also a candidate for Master of Commercial and Resources Law at University of WA. Mr Wither is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
